Delivery & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email at orders@cbspd.com or through the "Contact Us" page on our website. Please include the order number and reason for cancellation.

Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2. Delivery Policy:

Shipping Timeframe: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Tracking Information: Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows them to monitor the delivery status and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Issues: In the rare event of delivery issues or delays, customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue and provide updates on the status of their delivery.

Delivery Confirmation: Orders will be considered delivered once the tracking information shows that the package has been successfully delivered to the specified address. Any issues with non-delivery must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
